Our clients receive all the elements of the Engaged Search, PLUS face-to-face interviews, PLUS a background search, PLUS psychological testing of candidates, and the biggest PLUS of all....substantially reduced rates! You can save time and money using our Engaged PLUS Search. We take care of the entire process except for the final interview and hiring.
When you need to fill senior level and highly confidential positions. We will interview each candidate in a face-to-face setting and provide you with 3-5 highly qualified candidates. A dedicated recruiter will work on your assignment until the position is filled.
Presenting you with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner requires that we gather as much information as possible to understand your needs, your hiring process, and the job description.
We will request the opportunity to talk to all personnel involved in the hiring process and, if possible, tour your facility to give us a clear understanding of the qualities you are looking for in an employee.

Before any offers and/or negotiations, we will discuss any potential issues and get a verbal commitment from the candidate that he/she will accept the offer.

We will also follow up with the candidate on the transition details, including relocation, to ensure that the move to your organization is as smooth as possible.
