Contingency Search:
When you have a position that needs filled, but time is not critical, this is the sensible solution. We provide a 6 Month Warranty on candidates placed through our Contingency Searches.
Engaged Search:
When an open position is costing you productivity, market share and income, our Engaged Search should be your first choice. We provide a 1 Year Warranty on candidates placed through our Engaged Searches along with additional services.
Engaged PLUS Search:
Our Specialty! The Engaged PLUS program is for client companies that have or know they will have multiple management openings to fill over the next 12 months. Our clients receive all the elements of the Engaged Search, PLUS face-to-face interviews, PLUS a background search, PLUS psychological testing of candidates, and the biggest PLUS of all....substantially reduced rates! You can save time and money using our Engaged PLUS Search. We take care of the entire process except for the final interview and hiring.
Retained Search:
When you need to fill senior level and highly confidential positions. We will interview each candidate in a face-to-face setting and provide you with 3-5 highly qualified candidates. A dedicated recruiter will work on your assignment until the position is filled.
OUR COMMITMENT/PROCESS
Presenting you with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner requires that we gather as much information as possible to understand your needs, your hiring process, and the job description.
We will request the opportunity to talk to all personnel involved in the hiring process and, if possible, tour your facility to give us a clear understanding of the qualities you are looking for in an employee.
Each candidate will be interviewed and screened for the best possible fit. We will arrange interviews and help you narrow the field to the most highly qualified individuals. Before any offers and/or negotiations, we will discuss any potential issues and get a verbal commitment from the candidate that he/she will accept the offer.
We will coach the candidate through the resignation stage and a possible counter-offer. Our commitment to you and your organization does not stop there! We will also follow up with the candidate on the transition details, including relocation, to ensure that the move to your organization is as smooth as possible.
During the warranty period, we will follow up with both you and your new employee to make sure everything is going well.
