Power Resources, LLC is a national recruiting firm with two areas of concentration. Our Manufacturing Division specializes in the metals, tubing and energy industries.  We recruit across the management spectrum - from first line supervisors to the executive level employee. 

Our Sales Division covers both the metals industry as well as other professional sales opportunities.

   Jim Molnar - President

 Jim has over 30 years of experience in the basic steel and steel tubing (OCTG, Mechanical,and Structural both ERW and Seamless). An engineering graduate of West Virginia University, Jim's diverse background has covered Engineering, Maintenance, PPIC/materials, HR and operations, Jim spearheaded 2 plant start-ups and helped to coordinate 3 plant turn-a-rounds.  Throughout his career, Jim was responsible for interviewing and hiring personnel  from hourly through the VP level.

Bill Giannini - Director of Sales

Bill has an extensive background in the sales of steel products both domestically and internationally. A graduate of the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, Bill's sales experience runs the spectrum from metallurgical coke, HR, CR, Galv., Galvanneal, galvalume, Tin Plate, etc. both prime and non-prime.
